For jewellery available for immediate purchase, we offer shipping services with Royal Mail which takes up to 3-5 working days. Delivery times are for in stock products only. After we've accepted your order you will receive an email with tracking details of your parcel that you can use on Royal mail's site.

Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom. Orders placed to thejewelelite.com can only be shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom, which includes England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

Returns' Shipping fee is free.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
